Korea Communications Commission will establish the project manager group ,which plans R&D oriented regulations and promotion policies concerning communications, as a standing body directly responsible to the commission. A high-ranking official of KCC said "PM(Projet Manager) will lead the technology, funds and policy of communications in the same direction, classified by fields such as industries and services." and "Similar to a composer of an orchestra, based on the professionalism on each field, it makes the right direction of communications." The introduction of PM which takes a role of a practical CTO(Chief Technical Officer) has been drawing the communications industry's expectation and interest. |
